To begin taking courses, log in using the information provided to you by the Learning Platform Administrator. You will find the Courses Login box on the right of this page.
Don’t have a user name and password? Click Contact Us to send an email requesting your new Learner account. In your email, make sure to include your first name, last name, gender, work email address, job title and Alight country program.
Forgot your password or username? Click Contact Us to send an email requesting assistance. We can easily send your username and/or reset your password for you.
After you log in, a new tab will open in your browser–click on the Learning Center. You can use the Catalog Search or Catalog Browser to find classes. There are hundreds of courses available to learners in the Alight LEADS catalog. We recommend you spend time looking through the categories and note courses you find interesting.
You may sign up for two courses at a time. As you complete your courses, you may sign up for more courses. When you find a course you would like to enroll in, click enroll.
After you enroll, please be patient. Your request is sent to your Alight LEADS Liaison or Country Director for their approval. Once it is granted, your request will be processed and you will be notified by email. This process generally takes between 2-5 business days.
To review the courses you are currently enrolled in, click the Learning Center tab, then click My Learning.
